We will provide you with the Work Certified™ Solutions Program Overview, our award winning Work Certified™ Program curriculum, textbook(s), on-site Instructor workshop with a support tool kit, marketing information, and our online testing and database training.

PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
We will provide your organization an introduction and orientation to Work Certified™ Solutions and offer an insightful overview of our services and a plan for success for your community employers and job seekers!
INSTRUCTOR WORKSHOP
Based on your individual goals and needs, we will set up your Instructor Certification Workshop at a location of your choice! This is a 30-hour workshop, which generally takes one week, with a final comprehensive exam taken on the last day of class resulting in certification! During this workshop, our trainer will also certify individuals you choose to be test Proctors.
Materials
Our Program materials are designed to ensure your Instructors deliver the program confidently and accurately for your job seekers to obtain the certification of being “work-ready”! The program materials will be delivered to you in advance of your Instructor workshop training dates to allow for review and to ensure that you are prepared for the workshop. Additional materials can be obtained based on your needs.
NATIONAL TRAINERS
Our National Trainers are the most qualified ambassadors of our program and are skilled in presenting the program in a informative and fun way that will excite and prepare your Instructional team for success! Our national training team members are all former Certified Instructors of the program and contributing members of our program and curriculum success.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The success of your program is imperative to our commitment to providing a realistic training program to prepare job seekers to meet the needs of your employers. We value your partnership and understand the need for support and service. We operate a support line through e-mail and phone services Monday through Friday, 7-4:30pm EST. Additionally, we are available to visit your site(s) to provide strategic planning, as well as, teleconferencing and webinars to assist in your program development and success.
