Work Certified Gain the credentials employers require in today's workforce

Welcome to our award winning national work readiness program created by employers and educators in 1999 to enhance job seekers skills providing them with employment success and employers with employees they can be proud of.  Certification has been determined with the help National Skill Standards Board, Palm Beach Community College, Indian River State College, the Workforce Development Board of the Treasure Coast, the Work Certified Employers Council and the Work Certified National Certification Council.  Work Certified has been tested by Florida Atlantic University to meet all standards of fairness.  Work Certified was developed meeting the U.S. Department of Labor’s SCANS Skills (Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills) and O'Net (The O*NET system serves as the nation's primary source of occupational information, providing comprehensive information on key attributes and characteristics of workers and occupations. Work Certified Academy Gain the credentials employers require in today's workforce

The Work Certified Academy Program operates just like the original program but is only 2 weeks long.  Participants must go through a more rigorous assessment to qualify.

Enrollment into Work Certified Academy requires members passing the pre-assessment test with an 80% or better.  It is recommended that a score of 80% be achieved on these test in order to allow a member to enroll in the course. 

Completion of the Online Reading Comprehension and Business Math assessments with a passing score of 80% will confirm the student’s accomplishment of the required competencies for the Reading Comprehension and Business Math modules and meet the qualifications for the Final Certification exam.   To learn more about the Work Certified Academy click here!

YESS - Youth Employment Success Solutions Providing Youth the Knowledge require in today's workforce

Work Certified Solutions has developed a customized program directed towards Youth (ages 16-24), out of school/in school.  The program is called YESS, Youth Employment Success Solutions.  Using the same process of our award winning program, Work Certified.  This program has been designed to meet all of the qualifications needed for the stimulus summer youth program.  The program has pre and post assessments designed to make sure each student is ready to work and understand their individual role in the world of work.
